After graduating from Stow-Munroe Falls High School in 1983, Ken Nixon attended
Walsh University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
In 1987, he entered the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, graduating in 1991
as a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine with Honors in Biomechanics and Dermatology.
Dr. Nixon was certified by the National Board of Podiatric Medicine in 1991.
In 1992, he began a residency in Foot Surgery based out of the Surgery Center
of Akron, with rotations at both Akron General Medical Center and Cuyahoga Falls
General Hospital. After completing his residency, Dr. Nixon practiced medicine
in Cuyahoga Falls.

In the summer of 1994, Dr. Nixon opened his private practice, the Hudson Foot Clinic.
In 2003, Dr. Nixon moved his practice to its present location at 4495 Darrow Road and renamed it the Western Reserve Foot Clinic.
Dr. Nixon and his family live in Stow.
